Data we collect
Information depends on how you work with us.
Like many Shopify app providers and service companies, the exact data we process depends on app permissions, project scope, and the tools required to deliver the service.
- Account and contact informationName, business name, email, phone number, store domain, Shopify shop ID, billing contact, support history, and messages submitted through forms, email, or chat.
- Shopify app dataStore metadata, app settings, product, collection, order, customer, content, theme, search, or analytics-related data when those permissions are required for a specific app feature. We do not request Shopify permissions unless they are needed for app operation, support, security, or requested functionality.
- Customer and end-user dataSome apps or services may process limited customer or visitor information, such as search behavior, content interactions, order context, product engagement, or submitted content, when needed to provide app features or optimization services.
- Service and project dataFor consulting and digital marketing services, we may review store pages, theme files, performance reports, SEO data, content drafts, screenshots, analytics exports, conversion notes, and implementation feedback.
- Technical and usage dataIP address, device type, browser, log data, app events, errors, performance information, cookies, and analytics events used for security, troubleshooting, improvement, and service measurement.

Shopify platform
Shopify, apps, and merchant responsibilities.
Our Shopify apps and services operate in the Shopify ecosystem. Shopify may separately process merchant, customer, and storefront information under Shopify's own terms and privacy documents.
- Shopify APIs and app permissionsOur apps may access Shopify data through approved API scopes. The scope shown during installation describes the categories of data that may be available to the app. Some Shopify permissions can be broader than the exact feature being used, so we limit practical use to what is necessary for the app or requested support.
- Merchant privacy obligationsMerchants are responsible for maintaining their own customer-facing privacy policy and for disclosing the apps, service providers, analytics tools, cookies, and marketing technologies used on their storefront.
- Uninstall and deletionWhen an app is uninstalled, Shopify revokes app access. We may retain limited records needed for legal, security, billing, support, backup, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. Where applicable, Shopify-mandated data deletion requests are handled according to Shopify app requirements.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce terms, protect rights, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or maintain system security.
Retention and security
