These Terms apply when you use Zeno Technologies websites, Shopify apps, support, consulting, SEO, performance, content, conversion optimization, theme, automation, or related ecommerce services.
Agreement
Using our website, apps, or services means you accept these terms.
Last updated: June 2, 2026. If you use our Shopify apps on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

You may use this website to learn about our apps and services, request support, contact us, or review pricing and policies.
Shopify apps
App use is subject to these Terms, the app listing, Shopify platform rules, app permissions, subscription terms, and applicable Shopify agreements.
Professional services
SEO, content, performance, CRO, app, automation, and theme work are provided under the agreed scope, package, proposal, or written project terms.
Accounts and access
Merchant responsibility for stores, access, and content.
You are responsible for your Shopify store, account permissions, user access, content, customer communications, legal notices, and business decisions.
- Authorized accessYou must only connect stores, apps, accounts, data, APIs, or systems that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Accurate informationYou must provide accurate store, billing, project, and support information. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Access managementFor service work, grant only the access needed for the project. You are responsible for approving production changes and revoking access when work is complete.
- Merchant policiesYou are responsible for having customer-facing privacy policies, terms, cookie notices, consent mechanisms, and disclosures required by your business, location, storefront, apps, and marketing tools.

How app use works.
Our Shopify apps are built to support merchant workflows. Features may depend on Shopify APIs, scopes, third-party services, app configuration, and current Shopify platform behavior.
App permissions and data
- Apps may request Shopify API permissions needed to provide the listed features.
- You authorize app access when installing, configuring, or using the app.
- Some features may require product, collection, order, customer, content, theme, search, or analytics data.
- Uninstalling an app may stop functionality immediately and revoke access from Shopify.
App availability
- We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features.
- Apps may be affected by Shopify API changes, outages, rate limits, permissions, merchant configuration, or third-party providers.
- You are responsible for testing app behavior before relying on it for critical storefront or business workflows.
- We may provide support, but support response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
Services
Terms for SEO, performance, content, CRO, theme, app, and automation work.
Professional services are scoped by package, proposal, written instructions, or project communication. The scope controls what is included.
- Scope and deliverablesDeliverables may include audits, recommendations, implementation, page updates, theme edits, app configuration, reports, scripts, content, or roadmaps, depending on the selected service.
- Client review and approvalYou are responsible for reviewing copy, page changes, app behavior, tracking, design, legal statements, and production changes before or after implementation as appropriate.
- Change requestsWork outside the agreed scope, extra pages, new features, additional revisions, urgent turnaround, or third-party troubleshooting may require separate approval and pricing.
- No guaranteed outcomesWe do not guarantee rankings, traffic, speed scores, conversion rates, revenue, customer behavior, platform decisions, app store placement, or third-party results.
Billing and subscriptions
Fees, app charges, and service packages.
Fees may be charged through Shopify billing, app marketplace billing, invoice, payment processor, or another agreed method.
App billing
Paid Shopify apps may use recurring charges, usage charges, trials, or plan-based pricing shown in the app listing or Shopify billing flow.
Service billing
Service packages, deposits, milestones, and custom work are billed according to the accepted quote, package, proposal, invoice, or written scope.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are not automatic unless required by law or separately agreed. Billing disputes should be raised promptly with relevant details.
Content and ownership
Store content, project materials, and deliverables.
You keep responsibility for your store content, products, trademarks, customer data, legal statements, and business materials.
- Your materialsYou represent that you have the rights to provide store data, images, logos, copy, product information, analytics exports, customer communications, and other materials used in a project or app.
- DeliverablesUnless otherwise agreed, paid service deliverables created specifically for you may be used by you for your business after payment. Our pre-existing tools, code, templates, systems, know-how, methods, and internal processes remain ours.
- FeedbackIf you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve our apps, services, documentation, or workflows without obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, apps, or services.
You agree not to use our apps or services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing limits, security testing without permission, or interference with systems.
- Do not upload malicious code, illegal content, infringing materials, deceptive claims, or content that violates platform rules.
- Do not use our apps or services to violate Shopify policies, privacy laws, intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, anti-spam rules, or advertising rules.
- We may suspend or refuse service where we believe use creates legal, security, reputational, operational, or platform risk.
Third parties
Shopify and other providers are separate platforms.
Our apps and services may rely on Shopify, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, AI providers, email platforms, search providers, automation tools, and other third-party services.
- Third-party termsYour use of Shopify and third-party tools is subject to their own terms, policies, fees, limits, and availability.
- Platform changesWe are not responsible for changes to Shopify APIs, app review requirements, theme behavior, billing systems, analytics systems, search engines, ad platforms, or third-party services.
- IntegrationsIf you ask us to connect or configure third-party tools, you are responsible for account ownership, permissions, data rights, and ongoing subscription costs.
Disclaimers and limits
Services are provided with practical limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, apps, and services are provided as-is and as-available.
No warranty
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate operation.
- We do not guarantee specific business, ranking, traffic, speed, revenue, or conversion outcomes.
- Recommendations are based on available information, tools, and current platform behavior.
Limitation of liability

Termination
Ending app or service use.
You may stop using our website, uninstall an app, or end a service engagement according to the applicable app, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
- Uninstalling a Shopify app may immediately stop app features and revoke access through Shopify.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, policy violations, legal risk, or discontinued services.
- Sections concerning payment, ownership, confidentiality, data retention, disclaimers, liability, and disputes may survive termination.
